Question by jagraag: a person who lends money at interest on the security of personal property pawned. What does this mean?
A person who lends money – i understand that meaning giving out money to someone and then getting it back, but don’t know the rest. Please help me guys!

  1. you take something of value like a ring to a pawn broker and he loans you money plus interest for a time say 2 weeks? when you get money you pay him back plus interest and get your ring back! if you don’t pay then he sells it to someone else.
