Best Intelligent Building Award was recently presented to Pacific Control Systems LLC for their headquarters building in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This building is the Middle East Platinum first evaluated Green Building Council (USGBC, LEED) to promote the concept of environmentally friendly buildings in the region.
