Honest Abe Log Homes, Inc., a leading manufacturer of log homes machined to congratulate Fred Kendall recently received certification by the National Association of Home Builders. Kendall, who is responsible for drafting and design, is now recognized by the NAHB as a “certified green building professional” and has also completed the “Business Management for Building Professionals” course.
Kendall, whose career with Honest Abe Log Homes you started in 1981, considers this a critical time for education in the construction industry of origin. “In my tenure with Honest Abe, I do not think I’ve never seen such a significant change in markets, and building codes as I have over the past few years,” said Kendall. “We the opportunity to work on projects located throughout the country. Jackie Cherry, Vice President of Manufacturing, notes, “It has always been important for us to be good stewards of natural resources we use.
