Bruce Deifik Appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of American Nevada Company

American Nevada Company, a Greenspun company and preeminent developer of master planned communities and commercial properties, has expanded its senior management team to position itself for future growth. Real estate developer, Bruce Deifik, a 17-year veteran of the development industry has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of American Nevada Company. In conjunction with Deifik’s appointment, John Kilduff, former President of American Nevada Company, has been named Executive Vice President of The Greenspun Corporation and Vice Chairman of American Nevada Company.

Deifik is founder and president of Integrated Properties, Inc., with offices in Denver, Colorado and Las Vegas, Nevada. Integrated Properties was formed in April 1990 to handle acquisition, asset management, property management, leasing and disposition of commercial properties under the ownership of Deifik and his investment partners. The company and its related partnership entities have significant land holdings and acquired 83 commercial properties in five states totaling in excess of 8.5 million square feet, plus approximately 3,100 apartment units. The properties have included such assets as the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort in Palm Springs as well as numerous prominent office and retail centers in the Denver and Phoenix metropolitan areas.

Deifik and Integrated Properties have been involved in numerous charitable and philanthropic endeavors. He has served as Vice Chairman and is currently a Board Member of the National Jewish Medical Research Foundation and was a Board Member and supporter of Inner City Children’s Charities. Deifik was a Board Member of Colorado’s Ocean Journey, which brought an aquarium and ocean resource center to the inland population. He has been a member of Colorado Concern, an organization of business leaders dedicated to bringing important issues and public policy to the forefront in a proactive manner. He and his wife, Nancy, have been extremely active in the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Deifik received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Finance, from Texas A & M University in 1977.

American Nevada Co. specializes in the design and development of master planned communities and commercial properties.
